Order Acceptance and Fulfilment
Once an order is successfully placed on Bekwick Equine Nutrition, it may be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched.
To request a cancellation within this window, customers must contact our customer support team by writing to info@bekwickequinenutrition.com or by calling +91-9901-819-495, quoting the relevant order number and reason for cancellation.
Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, cancellation, modification, or changes to the order will not be permitted under any circumstances. Customers are advised to review order details carefully before confirming purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
Bekwick Equine Nutrition follows a strict and transparent refund policy. Customers are not eligible for a refund unless the conditions outlined in this policy are fully met.
For a refund or replacement request to be considered, products must:
- Be unused, unsoiled, and in their original condition
- Be returned with original brand packaging intact
- Include all tags, seals, and labels without tampering
Any replacement will be subject to the availability of the product on the website at the time the request is processed.
Refunds Are Applicable Only Under the Following Conditions

- The product is lost during transit and delivery confirmation cannot be established.

- The product delivered has an expiry date of less than one (1) month at the time of delivery.

Reporting Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
We take every reasonable measure to ensure that orders are packed and delivered as per customer specifications. However, if you receive an incomplete order, damaged product, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Failure to report the issue within this timeframe will result in the request being declined, and no claims will be accepted after 2 days from delivery.

- Product name and quantity
- Clear photographs and/or videos of:
- The received product(s)
- Outer packaging
- Invoice
This documentation is mandatory to allow proper investigation and resolution.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment. Depending on the payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or third-party wallets), refunds typically reflect in the customer’s account within 5 to 7 working days, subject to bank or payment gateway processing timelines.
The exact mode and timeline of refund may vary depending on external financial institutions, over which Bekwick Equine Nutrition has no direct control.
Product Quality & Sensitivity Disclaimer
Bekwick Equine Nutrition does not accept liability for concerns related to:
- Taste or palatability
- Mixability or texture
- Individual sensitivity or reactions
- Digestive discomfort, rashes, or similar responses
Such concerns are subjective and may vary between animals. These issues do not qualify for return, replacement, or refund. Customers are advised to consult a veterinarian before introducing new supplements.
Quality-related complaints, if any, will be escalated to the respective manufacturing or quality teams for evaluation, but this does not guarantee refund eligibility.

- Accept or decline any order at its discretion
