DIETARY ESSENTIAL AMINO ACID BALANCE

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. Approximately 22 amino acids are combined together to form the majority of proteins in a horse’s body.

Ten amino acids are considered dietary essential which means  these specific amino acids cannot be synthesized by the body and must be present in the horse’s diet.

• Enclosed Heaped Scoop measures 50 g.
• Maintenance Daily Dose: Administer 25 g twice daily with feed or as directed by your Veterinarian or Equine Nutritionist.
• Pre-Competition: Feed 100 g per day, four days before competition.

Note: These recommendations are for horses with a mature body weight of 500kg. Adjust according to the weight of the horse.
